Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: You’ll assist professional staff with a range of tasks, such as managing filing systems, arranging transportation, and handling telephone accounts and invoices.
  • Office Management: Ordering and distributing stationery supplies will be part of your daily routine, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Financial Processing: You will process payments and compile claims, playing a key role in the financial administration of the department.
  • Documentation Handling: Your tasks will include copying, filing, faxing, and scanning important documents, ensuring that records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Drafting and typing various documents—like submissions, default letters, and general correspondence—will be essential, as will arranging meetings and taking minutes.
  • Data Management: You’ll capture data and assist with coordinating training sessions, contributing to the professional development of staff.
  • Travel Coordination: Making travel arrangements as needed will also be part of your role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification is required.

Remuneration and Benefits
